'Yamunashtakam' is the first Granth by Shri Vallabh and he is the incarnation of Shri Thakurji's Mukharvind,
so, Shri Yamunashtakam sung by Vallabh becomes like Ved.
It is super natural. Just by listening to it, by remembering it and by chanting it Shri Vallabh automatically presides and rules over one's conscience. Since
Yamunaji is the daughter of Shri Surya Narayan, she also harbours all the good qualities of Shri Surya Narayan. She is all capable, graceful ready to bestow her
grace on her Bhakts, tender and loving towards her Bhakts. One who chants this Yamunashtakam, he is bestowed these Alaukik(spiritual) boons.

Dou Kool Khamb Tarang Seedhi,
Shri Yamuna Jagat Vaikunth Nishreni ----- (1)

1.Samasta Durita Kshayo - All his sins are absolved.
2.Bhavati Vai Mukunde Rati - His Bhakti or devotion towards the Lord Shriji INCREASES.
3.Taya Sakal Siddhayo - He achieves all that he is set to achieve spiritually.
4.Muraripushya Santushyati - The Lord is pleased.
5.Swabhava Vijyayo Bhavet - He is able to conquer his nature.
Seva
Today the Saaj is of Chundari. Today Shriji is given Abhyang Snan.
Today's Vastra is red and yellow chundari Pichoda. On Shri Mastak is Chajjedar Paag of chundari, Vanmaala Shringaar. Shringaar upto Charnarvind.

Today's special Offerings are Sev ke Laddoo, Gud ke Poodla, Paatiya ki Sev, Chaas vada, Sanjaav and Chokha ki Kheer, Meva Bhaat, Teenkuda, Moong ki
Chooti Dal, 4 Shaak, 2 Bhujana etc.
1.The Jeev or Atma by nature is sinful. According to the scriptures there are 5 types of Dosh of a Jeev. They are Sehaj, Deshaj, Kaalaj, Sanyogaj and Sparshaj.
All these 5 Dosh along with Kayik (bodily), Vachik (spoken) and Maansik (inconscience). Dosh or Sins are done away with or absolved by doing the 'paath of
Yamunashtakam'.
2.The Jeev becomes eligible to have the Darshan of Shriji's Leela. He becomes eligible for a new bodily change to be used in Seva.
3.When the Jeev becomes eligible for such a Bhakti then he becomes a contender for obtaining the Love of the Lord.
4.Just by chanting the Yamunashtakam stotra, a Jeev is able to over come all the negativities in his nature.
5.Vadati Vallabha Shri Hare - Shri Vallabh is the incarnation of Shri Thakurji's Mukharvind and whatever he is saying is proof itself. There should not be any
doubt, his words are proof all by themselves.
The Rishi of 'Yamunashtakam' is Shri Vallabh. It is a Prithvi chhand. Its devta is Shri Yamunaji, the seed or the beej is Shri Thakorji and its use is that any one
who daily sings or chants the Yamunashtakam, then any obstacle that comes in the way of Prabhu Seva is burnt away and a new body is obtained which is
then suitable for obtaining the Lord.
